The Global X U.S. 500 Income Edge℠ ETF (EDGX) is an actively managed ETF that operates a covered call strategy, in which the Fund seeks to provide exposure to the Solactive GBS United States 500 Index and generate weekly income by selling call options. The Fund intends to target a 9% annualized distribution rate through premiums collected from selling call options and dividends paid by the Fund's holdings. The Fund will generally sell call options on only a portion of its net assets to allow for potential equity appreciation in rising markets.
